We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app or game we collect data and information (through third-party providers) on your phone called Log Data. Our services are not intended for children in particular but we do make games and apps of multiple genres which in effect will determine the age requirement of our games and apps. Due to these reasons some of our games and apps will implement an age gate. some of our games and apps will allow users below the minimum age requirement (in relation to providing valid consent for targeted advertising) to play/use our games and apps however there will be no profiling, targeted advertising, and/or geolocation tracking used for these players, in other words, the game, app, and service that is being used by any underaged user (in regards to providing valid consent for targeted advertising) will only receive contextual advertising.

 

Note, when we say underage, this can vary depending on the country the app, game, or service is being used in (check out the minimum age list below).

 

If by any chance you don’t receive a popup asking for your age when you boot up the game or app for the first time, the following statement applies to you. You must be over a certain age to use our games, apps, and services (look at the age table below, minimum age requirements differ for some countries).
